Arresto Menor

I'm a regular employee in a call center. I applied for an Operations Supervisor position and currently on my 4th month probationary period. I just found out that if ever i failed my probationary period our management will dismiss/terminate my employment with them right away. Question ko is legal po ba to or eto po ba talaga and process?

A mandatory 6 months probationary period is what labor law stated.
Now you still have security of tenure for 6 months during that period.
