need ko po sana malaman kng ano magagawa ko,kasi ang asawa ko at ang mistress nya magkasama sa isang company,nagpadala ako ng complaint letter kasama yung letter galing sa public atty.pero ng e mail skin ang hr manager at sabe nya,they dont interfere with their employees self issues? hindi ba may batas na bawal ang mga ganun bagay sa isang trabaho?anu po ba ang pwede ko gawe>please po.

there is no law that requires them to discipline their employees.

but threaten them with a civil suit for tolerating it.
