anong kaso ang pwde ipatong sa isang kabit? dahil ito ang dahilan kung bakit lumalayo ung asawa hindi tinitigilan ang paglapit at paglandi

Dahil kung single yung kabit di pwede adultery dahil wala sya asawa pero dahil yung asawa mong lalaki ang kinakabitan nya so kakasuhan mo ang asawa mo ng concubinage at damay ang kabit nya! di pwede na hindi mo kasuhan ang asawa mo! kasi ika nga 2 hands clap together!

paano po ang processo nito atty sa pagsampa ng concubinage sa husband na may kinakasama nang iba atty.....?ty po

to file concubinage you must prove any of the following;
1. Shall keep a mistress in the conjugal dwelling.
2. Shall have sexual intercourse with her under scandalous circumstances.
3. Cohabit with her in any other place.

if you can proved any of these, then you can file a case at prosecutors office. I suggest you get a lawyer to guide accordingly.

meron daw case na 'infidelity' ... sa asawa ko pwde ipatong itong kaso... pano mkakasuhan ung kabit khit hindi sila nagssama sa isang bubong?

regarding proof # 1. paano mo mapapatunayan sa korte na in the conjugal dwelling....at paano mo rin mapapatunayan ung actual sexual intercoucourse with her under scandalous circumstances.....sa ganitong case ba atty. puede ko sila aktuhan sa gabi habang may ginagawa sila lusubin ko ung bahay at pasukin ko cla para huli sila sa akto remember gabi ko eto gagawin pra drecho cla kulong dhil inquest cla......ang kaso ndi ko alam kung ano mgawa ko sa kanila baka mapatay ko pa cla pati yong babae pag napatay ko ba ang mistress exempted ba ako sa case under Article 247 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines....?kindly explain further regarding Article 247 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines thank you po atty.....thank you thank you po.....

That is why you must have a lawyer, case like this has many technicalities. and about Art. 247; IMO, if i will be the judge, i will find you guilty if that ever happens. Why? the key condition in that particular scenario is "you caught them by surprise". If you will go there in the middle of the night, you cannot expect them playing Jack ‘n Poy or Sungka, right. You planned to go there to catch them by surprise and that is pre-meditated. At kapag napatay mo sila, you are guilty.

Please note that I ‘am not a lawyer, and my words are based on my personal opinion. At gaya ng lagi kong sinasabi dito, masmakaka-buti na sumangguni or kumuha kayo ng lawyer to have proper representation in court.

You can file civil case for meddling with your family private life.

Madali lang yan! if you can kill, then kill them and claim you are out of your mind the time you caught them in the act mating, this is called crime of passion which is regards as manslaughter. BUT this only applies if they are mating in your own house! if you go to their own nest then this will look like you planned it, which is called with intent which is murder in the first degree.
Pero kung ako ang tatanungin, Is he/she worth loving? Kung nagloloko ang asawa isa lang ang ibig sabihin nyan, hindi ka nya ganun kamahal! Minsan ang sobrang pagmamahal hindi rin maganda kaya dapat kung hindi ka na masaya, wag ng ipilit pa!
