My brother is currently working in a publishing corporation, 15 years na siyang nagtratrabaho dun, At first ung dating President ng Company ay ok magbigay ng 13th month pay,walang palya..Nang dumating ung bagong president ung kanyang Apo, medyo hindi naging good sa lahat marami siyang pinag early retire, sometimes forced resignation, at pag di kaniya gusto you're out..June this year binigay ung 1/2 13th month pay na 4 gives, natapos lang last November.. This December, ibibigay ung kalahati ng 13th month into 4 gives again,according sa revised guidelines on the implementation of the 13th month pay stated:
(b) Time of Payment. — The required 13th month pay shall be paid not later than December 24 of each year. An employer, however, may give to his employees one half (½) of the required 13th month pay before the opening of the regular school year and the other half on before the 24th of December of every year. The frequency of payment of this monetary benefit may be the subject of agreement between the employer and the recognized/collective bargaining agent of the employees.
Ganun uli po ang gagawin niya sa mga empleyado. Anu ho ba ang dapat gawin? Walang magawa ang Unyon ng Company dahil takot mawalan ng trabaho. Please help...Maraming Salamat po.
