garnished accounts!

Atty please help! Some time 2007 i loaned from a bank and due to some financial issues, was not able to pay them. We transferred houses kung san san and honestly forgot about it already. Until last month when i received a demand letter from the bank. i called and tried to compromise for a settlement but they said full payment dapat. last week i received a writ of execution from the sheriff. today ALL my bank accounts have been frozen. PLEASE ADVISE. Is there a way I can still ask my lawyer to file a motion to lift the garnishment order??? and file a motion for settlement?? since the bank doesnt want to acccept any installment plans!
