hi im tenant to the lot owner of my house for almost 50 years and now for 20 years the lot owner is american citizen and he did not transfer the tittle of the lot to any of her relatives i just wanna ask what is my right to this lot now that the owner is american citizen and he did not transfer her lot title to any of her relatives till he died last 10 years ago..and i think he is not paying also the tax of her lot for many years how can i have a right to this lot i dont wanna go to other place i love this place in makati pls help me ..
