Magandang Araw!

Ang biyenan ko po ay na grant ng US Citizenship last year. Anong mangyayari sa ari-arian nya dito sa Pinas? May right ba ang US gov't na kuhanin ito in case na pumanaw ang biyenan ko? Nagpunta sya duon taong 2007 sa bisa ng petisyon ng isang anak na US citizen na din.

At kung magkaganoon nga na posibleng makuha ng US gov't ang property nya dito, ano ang pwede naming gawin para mahabol pa ito at maibigay sa asawa at mga anak.
