Need Help > Notarizing Lease Contract Requirement

Arresto Menor

Ask ko lang po kung anu-ano po ba ang kailangan upang ma-ipanotarize ang lease agreement. Sa kasalukuyan po nakagawa na ako ng agreement, notarize na lang ang kulang. Hindi pa po ako nakapagpa-notarize dati kaya hindi ko alam kung anu ang requirements. At kailangan po ba na kapag nagpirmahan kami ng lease agreement ay dapat na present ang lessor at lessee sa notary office or kahit lessor lang pwede na ipa-notarize?
