Hi Atty's,

We have leased a place for our company and we are a BPO. Basically we need strong internet connection because all transactions and customer interactions is being done through email and internet.

Now, the office that we are leasing cannot provide the service we signed up, internet is always slow and down. It also resulted to one client cancelled their contract with us so its a lost of profit and financial risk for us.

My question is can we move out of the contract and demand our deposit fee refunded? We are looking for a new office now.

Hi,

I just came upon your post and saw that it was still unanswered so although I don't really have the specific answer for your question I can provide a different kind of help to you. You can discuss this with a lawyer face to face, especially the one who specialized in this area. I know a law firm that can answer your questions and they can also draft a demand letter if ever it is needed. I assure you the time and effort you'll spend is worth the value of their service. Here's their contact details https://alburovillanueva.wordpress.com/contact-us/. Smile
