elp nman poh pano..if may nkalagay sa lease contract na yung one month deposit ay ndi na maaring gmitin para sa bills at maintenance applicable pa rin ba toh khit bagong lipat lang kme..mdaming problema sa bhay na ndi nila inaaksyunan kaya aalis na lang kme..ndi nman nmen iniinsist na marefund dhil ngastos na nila pera gus2 na lang nmen gmitin yung 3 mos deposit na bngay nmen..8500 poh monthly rent nmen wala pang 1k ang kuryente at 2big nmen kxe bhira lang may tao sa bhay maaga kme umalis at gabi na umuuwi..just want to know if may lban kme sa one month na iniinsist nila na mababalewala na
