ask ko lang po, my company has this one unit in the building that is intended for lease. tapos may interesado na maglease. Now my boss wants me to add in the contract in the TERMINATION OF LEASE part na upon return of the premises parang gusto niya na e repaint ng lessee yung premise. Dapat daw kasi pagbinalik na nang ngrent is parang same as the first time they use the premises. Ang problem ko is how to say it in legal terms. please advise po. salamat.

"Upon return of the leased premises, the leasee should repaint the leased premises as the same way as they first leased the premises."

Very Happy keep it simple so that no doubts can be had in interpretation of contracts.
