ganito ang istorya, naghire kame ng wedding video/photographer, sa una okey naman sila. kaso after ng kasal, ang sabi kasi sa kontrantra na 20 working days bago namen makuha yung video. makalipas ang 3 months, nagemail sila na wala na daw yung wedding video, tinangihan namen ung photo album bilang danyos sa amen, instead we ask to refund our payment. Ask q lang po, kung sakali na di nila iparefund yung payment namen, ano po ang legal action na magagawa namen? maraming salamat po.

File po kayo ng breach of contract with damages. Find a lawyer then let the lawyer do the job.
