Hi - I submitted my resignation four months in advanced. now the company only wants me to render 30 days but I want to stay until mid april kasi im moving overseas May pa naman.. pwede ba nila gawin yun kahit advanced notice lang naman?

bakit naman kasi 4 months in advance ka nag submit nang resignation? excited? kung May ka pa aalis.. dapat April ka nag submit nang resignation.. anong reason mo bakit 4 months advance ka nag submit?

i thought the earlier the better - so they can look for a replacement and smooth transition. kasi sa last company ko pinaextend ako ng pinaextend na umabot pa ng 5 months kasi transition..

basta mag file ka nang 30 days notice.. they can't ask you to extend anymore.. yun lang ang required sa batas..
