Marriage valid or void?

Hi! Atty,
Good day po! May mga gusto lang po ako malaman sana po matulungan nyo po ako. Kinasal po ako nung march 2006 sa municipal/City Hall ng isang solemnizing officer. Pero wala po ako(kami ng husband) ko marriage license na pinirmahan (hindi ko nga po alam ano itsura non) pero nakakuha na po ako ng copy ng marriage certificate sa NSO at nka indicate po doon yun date na we got our marriage license 3 days before our marriage(kahit wala po kami copy, ni wala po kami pinirmahan application form o inatenand ng seminar to have it) basta kinasal na lng po kme 3 days after namin pumunta ng municipal.

My question po is void po ba ang marriage ko from the start?

2.) if ever po void ito ano pong steps ang pwede ko gawin para tuluyan na po ito mapawalang bisa.
*kung ito(marriage) po ay valid pwede ko po bang gamitin as grounds ang absence of marriage license to file an annulment?

May nabasa po kasi ako re issuance of marriage license. Na okay lang daw po na wala ng marriage license kung ang address of both parties is mag kalapit lang. By that time po n ikinasal ako same address na po ako sa husband ko. Thank you po

Nais ko din pog kumonsulta dahil ang asawa ko po ay kasal nuong sya ay 21 years old sa isang menor de edad. Hindi po narehistro ang kanilang kasal at dahil may kakilala ang kanyang ama sa munisipyo sila ay nakasal ng walang marriage license. Valid din po ba yun?

inay, registration is not a requirement for validity, but if there's no copy of the marriage contract registered, then it has to be proven that a wedding actually occurred
