Arresto Menor

I filed a maternity leave for 2 mos and returned to work last June 2013. After more than just a week of adjustment in the office (since they gave me a new job task), I have experienced something rude.. My boss yelled at me and telling me some impertinent words na namemersonal na rin and telling "masampal na kita diyan eh!" telling me in our native dialect since the province where I came from was also where her mother lived, and actually we're relatives pa... at kung ano ano pang personal matters na hitting below the belt na... yelling at me even if maraming tao na nakakrinig sa loob ng ofis at that time..(not even yung iba naming boss nakakaalam sa issue na ito, kundi kami lang na staff present at the office at that time).. umiyak pa ako noon, tapos sagot nga sakin "anong iniiyak iyak mo diyan, wag ka ngang umiyak!"


pwede ko bang ireklamo ang boss ko sa ginagawa nya? kasi minsan kung gusto niyang magalit magagalit na lang sya...please advise, kasi madalas nakaksakit na po ang mga sinsabi nya sa aming mga empleyado pag galit sya,. to the extent na para na kaming minamaliit minsan...anong grounds kaya ang pwede na ihatol sa kanya? ang pangit naman po kasi tgnan na hindi po porke mga staff lang po kami ganun po ang mga nararanasan namin..

another scenario, nagfile ako ng vacation leave, pinapirmahan ko sa kanya, pinirmahan naman nya,, sa leave nakastate ang duration ng days(inclusive dates na mawawala ako at hndi makakpasok at ang reason)...Nung msmong araw ng binyag ng anak ko (the 1 reason why i filed a leave) tumwag siya, bakit daw hndi nya alam na nag-leave ako at sino daw nagaapproved ng leave ko.. so sinabi ko na pinirmahan nya at nasa mesa ko sa ofis ang document. di daw nya alam na ganun kahaba ang bakasyon ko (tonong galit).. pinapili ako kung mahal ko daw ba ang trabaho ko.. dahil kung hindi daw gagawa daw siya ng desisyon (sounds like pwede nya akong tanggalin anytime)...pinapili nya ako from that very moment kung ano daw mas pipiliin ko...

tama po ba ang trato sakin ng boss ko? kung ganun po, bakit nya pinirmahan ang leave ko kung sesermonan nya lang ako sa kalagitnaan ng isa sa mga pinakaimportanteng araw sa buhay ng anak ko... please advise Sad

Unjust vexation..file a complaint to your HR dept.,elaborate all events and probably you will required to have a witnessess to proved the allegations.
