Arresto Menor

my concern:
1.legal ba na ipondo ang sweldo? 15 , 30 ang cut off.. 15,30 din ang seweldo... so this payday nov 15.. oct 15-30 ang mrreceive namin pay...
2. 2 yrs n kmi sa company pero d kami bnbgyan ng copy ng itr namin khit mtagal n kmi ngrerrquest..
3. working kmi in a clinic - mall based so... mon to sun operations namin.. wala b talagang 30% additional khit pmpasok kmi ng sunday?
4. legal din ba na 6mos probi muna then mareregular then after 1 yr from time na naregular saka palang ibibigay ang benefits ng regular employee such as leaves and medical benefits? tama b yun so after 18mos of working saka pa lang aq entitled ng leaves?
5. saka minimum wage lang po aq.. nung maaregular aq ng increase ng konti salary q.. pero sobrang laki nmn po ng witholding tax q.. single po aq.. may situation pa na 12hrs straight aq for 2 wks.. 10k ang gross ng sweldo q pero 6k lang po nareceive q kz 4k total ng deductions q..


pls advise me if i can demand any legal rights.. thanks..

yung sa sweldo... ginagawa talaga yun kasi hindi naman pwede Nov. 1 to 15 tapos Nov. 15 sweldo.. syempre i co compute pa yun.. mahalaga binibigay ang sweldo..

form 2316 ba yung sinasabi mo? anong dahilan nila bakit di kayo mabigyan?

hindi pwedeng monday to sunday ang pasok.. kailangan may 24 hours na rest day.. ngayon kung papapasukin kayo nang linggo.. dapat premium rate yun.. additional 30% dapat for the first 8 hours.

sa labor code, after 12 months, entitled na sa 5 days service incentive leave.. kung may iba pang leave na binibibgay ang company.. eh prerogative na nila yun kung kailan nila ibibigay..

minimum wage dapat walang tax.. pag above ka na sa minimum wage.. taxable na.. ganon talaga pag malaki sweldo malaki tax..
