I need Help Please advice naman po!

hello Good afternoon po! actually i was married 8years ago! to a foreign Guy he is american Po! then after the marriages hindi na po kami nagkita Ulit.. but we still communicating sa email!! to make it short it didnt work Out.. until nalaman ko nalang na madami na siyang nagiging Gf iba't ibang bansa na pupuntahan nya.. EX military po kasi siya! then ako po nag move on with my life nagkaroon ako ng bf and i had a son with this Guy and my Husband Knows it at okay lang naman po.. we been separated at we still communicating parin naman! pero like ko na pong mag file Ng annulment namin! then recently i saw Him and with filipina girl too na having a Child na din! pero hindi na kami nag uusap almost two years na even sa email. so the last time i saw him was 2007 then hindi na nasundan ulit.. actually he's like my bestfriend kaya im happy for him na finally even our marriages didnt work out atleast nagkaroon siya ng family.. ang tanong ko lang po is ganito...

I want him to file the annulment para sa kalayaan naming pareho!!dahil siya ang may pera pinakikiusapan ko na siya nalang ang mag file..
kaso ayaw nya..

then pangalawa.. yung GF nya ngayun na filipina ginagamit Yung lastname Ng husband ko! so which i think they married!
right now po nag stay po sila dito sa philippines
and until now hindi ko parin po siya nakakausap ng personal i tried to sent him email kaso nakablocked na po yata ako so nag messages nalang po ako sa FB ng GF nya ngayun (yung may anak sila)

and what is my right on this case po! sana may makatulong naman po salamat!!

Ang Gusto Ko lang po talaga eh annulment!! wala kong hahabuling kahit anong pera from him!

1. Hindi mo siya ma force na magfile ng annulment. Ikaw yung magfile.

2. Another option is to file a criminal case against your ex. Concubinage ang e file mo. Punta ka sa prosecutors office sa lugar mo at e file mu yang criminal case.

Hindi Po ako makakapag File sa Kanya Kasi sa mata Po ng batas natin parehas Po kaming may kanya kanyang anak sa Iba. Salamat po!
