tanong ko po kung sino po ba dapat ang mademote sa work ng hospital, ung may PRC Licence pero PROBATIONARY LEVEL pa lang or ung REGULAR EMPLOYEE na walang PRC LICENCE??? kasi pag nademote po eh mawawalang ng OT and HOLIDAY PAY po...

demotions are allowed only if it is a valid disciplinary action or the person was not qualified. what is the basis for demotion, and what is the effect?
