Arresto Menor

My husband abandoned my daughter and I and wala na po kaming communication for over 3 years. Walang sulat, text, financial support.. nothing. Alam ko kung saan siya 3 years ago pero I have no idea kung buhay pa siya o ano ang kalagayan niya ngayon. At ayoko na pong malaman. I don't even want to see him anymore. College na rin po ang daughter namin and she's okay and happy being with me. Ano po ang kailangan kong gawin para maging libre na po ako in case a new relationship comes along. Kailangan ko pa ba mag file ng annulment even if we are not communicating nor seeing each other anymore? I need answers regarding this. I don't want to stay married to this person anymore kasi wala na rin siyang pakialam sa akin at sa kanyang anak. Thank you! More power!

annulment (or he dies). lack of communication does not dissolve a marriage.
