Is My Marriage Void from the Beginning?

Hi, i would like to ask void ba yung marriage ko from the beginning or not.

the story goes like this... I got my GF preggy then sabi ng dad nya ikakasal kami. Nung bibinyagan na anak namin, nagulat ako na may solemnizing officer na dumating, parang on the spot marriage. Im positive na hindi kami nag apply ng marriage license. Her mom also verified na "wala" kaming marriage license. Some irregularities I saw was..

1. We where married in Cavite, but it was registered in Pasig. Taga-pasig kasi yung Byenan ko
2. May pirma na kagad si mayor nung pinirmahan ko yung contract.

I have some questions din po..
1. If proven Void from the beginning, may mga kailangan pa po ba akong ifile sa court?
2. Pwede ko ba ireklamo/idemanda yung solemnizing officer?

another thing po pala, my wife filed for divorce in the US and I think naforge pirma ko, can I do something about that?

is there a marriage license no. on the marriage certificate?
