Retract resignation and SSS Loan unposted

Two days after ko po magsubmit ang resignation letter ko I ask my immediate supervisor kung pwede i-extend ng 2weeks ang resignation ko since I will need to wait and do follow up check up sa doctor ko. Ngkasakit kasi ko on the 10th mos of my employment and had dilation and curettage procedure (raspa). Now my supervisor said na hindi na daw pwede ksi tinanap n ng HR. From my experience sa mga previous company even a day before ang effective ng resignation m you can always retract, tama po ba? at ang Hr eh magdocument lang ng resignation but still up to my immediate supervisor ang mag mag approve, also I found out yun loan ko sa SSS kinakaltasan nila ko since January pero according sa SS no payment daw ako at nag iinterest na ang loan ko. I suggest go directly sa HR nyo to negotiate the extension, this is HR Matters after all. Then demand the posting of your SSS Loan payment sa HR. If not tell them you will file a complaint at SSS, and keep your payslips as references of deductions.
