my father leaved a holographic will before he died indicating that i will inherit our house but my mother is still alive and she is against it because my mother has no consent on my father's holographic will. is the holographic will valid on a conjugal property of my parents?

if the house is conjugal, then only half is part of his estate, the other half directly owned by your mother.
