hello po, may kapatid po ako na yung gender po ang mali sa birth certificate, babae po kapatid ko pero male ang nkalagay dun, late narin po nmin nalaman un ksi dati nman po hndi pa uso yung NSO copy hndi po ba. graduating na po ng college kapatid ko kya kailangan na nmin maayos yung birth cert nia. gusto ko lng po malaman kung ano gagawin step by step ng kung paano maisasaayos yun...maraming salamat po:)

inquire with the civil registrar about the requirements and process under RA 10172. the net will help also

Attylll I also have the same issue, di ko po alm Kung papanu magsimula, may nag sabi po na kailangan ng abogado which requires expenses na Hindi ok pa po Kaya dahil manganganak po ako... Magaaral napo ung 4 years old kong anak na lalake.. Kaso nagkadoble doble po ang registration nia. Magkakasuhan po ba kme dahil dito Gaya ng sabi sabi nila.??? Thank you and god bless ...

moderator

you should only use the first registered birth certificate. if there is any error, have it corrected. the later-registered will be ignored and get you in trouble

Hi atty, my sister have similar problem, she cant take the board exam beacuse of this we already consulted the local civil registry and complied withe the required docs, but the civil registry is asking for 10,000 pesos fee. Accdg sa article reasonable fee. How much do you think is reasonable amount. Hope to hear your advice. Thank you
