GENDER PROBLEM IN BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Hi to all master here may problema po ako sa gender ng B.C. ko female nka lagay kumuha ako ng passport nka kuha nmn ako sa tulong ng AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING ma expired n po passport ko balak kong irenew ulit pero ung affidavit ko good for 5years lng pano ko maayos ung gender ko from FEMALE to MALE pa help nmn po sa mga goldenheart lawyer baka may maka tulong po dyan isang kahig isang tuka rin kc ako kaya mdyo hirap akong mka kuha ng advice sa mga lawyer nagtanong n ako sa nso sagot sa kin wala pa daw utos or black and white n binigay sa mga local civil registrar nahi2rapan tuloy akong maka alis para mag work sa ibang bansa gawa ng problema ko help me please...

pareho tayo ng sitwasyon pero un affidavit q 2015 pa mag eexpired kaso gusto q din maayos na sana para wala ng iisipin pa. d rin aq makapagpakasal dahil sa wrong gender q. mabagal talaga ang sistema ntin d2 sa pilipinas walang pagbabago.

Hi, I have the same problem. It states sa NSO copy ng birth certificate q na Male aq when I should be a Female. Anung affidavit ang kinuha nio? I am having issues pagkuha ng SSS # q, Philhealth #.. pati pagkuha ng ibang IDs like Postal saka Driver's License.. Anung affidavit ang pwede ko ipagawa?

Me problem po aq regarding my double birth registration.
Is it possible that NSO can automatically cancel my second birth registration without court order since considered naman pong invalid/void na yong second birth? Medyo matagal kasi ang proseso sa court.
Hope to hear any comments from anyone who have knowledge about this issue.
