Hi,
Need advice:
1. My uncle, us veteran died last week. Problem, he has surviving child but she was adopted without legal documents.
2. I think her birth certificate was fake. She wants to claim and sell some of the properties of our family. Is that possible?
3. What should we do to prevent it from happening.
4. Is there a document we could produce so that we can tell that she is not legal heir to the claim?
