Hi, I own a sole proprietors business but is funded by a foreigner in short proxy ako. Everything is setup but we got problem. I am planning to closed it. Is there any claim ba yung foreigner sa mga bagay bagay. Please help.. there is no written agreement on it.

what you're asking is advice on how to evade a lawful claim. in short, gusto mo takasan obligasyon mo sa financier mo. hindi ka mapapayuhan ng mga abugado dito tungkol dyan. ang masasabi ko lang ay meron siyang habol sayo kahit walang nakasulat.

pwede mong iclose ang business basta isauli mo sa foreigner lahat ng puhunan at profit niya.. wag mong takasan ang obligasyon mo kundi habang buhay kang hahabulin ng konsensya mo.. wag mong itakas ang pinaghirapan ng ibang tao
