My mom is planning to file a legal separation nasa bang bansa sya and she's wondering kung pwedeng anak ang magfile ng kaso para sa kanya.Gusto nya sana na bago sya umuwi gumugulong na a kaso or tapos na kasi paguwi nya wala na syang sapat na income para sa process ng legal separation pwede kaya na isa sa mga anak nya ng magfile ng kaso at anu mga kakailanganin para sa kaso.

what is more important is whether there is a valid ground for annulment or legal separation. look up the thread on grounds.

but there is a way to file it even if the mother is outside of the ph.
