hi good evening po, i'm planning to start a gadget pawnshop business, can you check the contract i prepared for the pawned gadget, eto po siya
1. 12% interest per month
2. The Loan is only good for 30 days
3. A 15 days grace period is given but with penalty
4. unclaimed items after 45 days are automatically owned by the pawnshop.
5. Loan can be renewed on or before the loan due by paying interest.
pa advice naman po kung may nilabag akong batas sa contract na ito, the reason behind sa mataas na interest at short term loan ay dahil sa price depreciation.
