Hi can i seek for advise legally because my now company is trying to put us or transfer us on its sister company for us to work there, are they entitled to pay us for how long we rendered on our first company even we are transfering on its sister company? thnx

2 options:

1. pay off everybody for their years of service then start from 0 with the sister company
2. issue a certificate that your years of service from old company will be honored and continued to the sister company.

Good Day.. What if I choose not to proceed in our sister company. Should they pay us for our years of service?

If they open that option, then you can. If not, then you can always resign, but dont expect any separation pay.
