Arresto Menor

Good Day Everyone, i have this friend of mine who already on her job as a sales representative of one of the best selling company in phillipines for almost two months. The problem is she declaire that she reach atleast 1st year on college .. when the truth is she only reach first sem on her 4 year course and she didn't even finish her final exam on her first sem.

some of our friends tell her to "make her own T.O.R"
and i'm not in to it .. can you please tell me what possible things will happen if she continue working and what will happen if she follow our other friends advise.
