You need to submit a copy of your marriage certificate to Japan Embassy in the Philippines and NSO for your records in Philippines if you wish to secure your legality of marriage.

You cannot remarry him in the Philippines again all you have to do is submit authenticated copies of what I already mentioned above.

Again, if those documents are submitted to mentioned above, it will secure you and your baby in the future if you get divorce.

If you submitted your marriage certificate in the Philippines, then yes! you need to get an annulment too! so its smarter not to submit it and get process by the NSO.

As I said all you have to do is submit a copy of your marriage certificate to NSO and it will be put into their system. But when it comes to changing your mind and wanting to divorce your foreign husband although you are already divorce to their country, you have to wait for certain time in Philippines to get your divorce acknowledge.
Your friend must have got married again in the Philippines because she did not inform the Municipal that she is already married abroad! By law you cannot remarry the same person twice!

Thank you for your reply . It's a big help for me knowing na once I submit my marriage certificate here sa Philippines tapos later I change my mind eh may annulment ng mangyayare which is ayoko mangyare dahil napaka habang process, yun nga lang since di ako magsusubmit eh wala din ako at ang baby ko na pinanghahawakan... Especially if magkahiwalayan. (Right?)

By the way, is it possible na ang foreign husband ang magsubmit ng marriage cert here sa Philippines? O they dont allow foreigner to submit it and must be the filipino?
