Will my NBI clearance reflect pending case even when I have posted bail?

Good Day Sir,
I ve a depending PHP39,000 Estafa Case 3years ago which has archived.
I requested for reopening of the case last month and posted a bail.
I have been arraigned which I pleaded not guilty,and waiting for first hearing/trial because I want to settle the case if possible.
I want to know:
1.
Can I get NBI clearance for local employment?or will I be arrested by NBI?
2.since I have posted a bail and my arrest warrant dropped,will my NBI clearance reflect the pending Estafa case?

The nbi clearance will reflect the existence of the case even posted bail...unless the case has terminated.

I have a pending P39,000 estafa case am willing to settle it if possible.
I have been arraigned and I pleaded not guilty.
My trial has been fixed for next month in a trial court.
May I know, is it possible to settle the case now?
Am dying now because of this now
