BAIL FOR ESTAFA CASE

Kamusta po sa inyo. . gusto ko po sanang itanong kung magkano po ang bail sa kasong Estafa na naisampa sa akin nagkakahalagang 400,000. makukulong pa rin po ba ako kahit handa ko na po xa bayaran. magkno ho kaya ang dapat kong ihanda na pera kung nais ko na po makipagkasundo sa kabilang panig?
ayaw ko ho makulong pero ayaw ko naman po habangbuhay na nagtatago sa isang kasalanang inako ko ng buong buo bagamat me mga kasamahan naman ako sa paggawa nito. hindi ako umaatend sa hearing kaya nabalitaan ko na me warrant of arrest na ko.. almost how many years na rin pero nais ko nang matahimik. ano po ba ang reclusion perpetua?

Since I am having this terrible fears for years.. I wanted to end up everything. Attyll is it possible for me to hire you as my representative. Till today I dont have lawyer because I wasnt able to get one because I already claim everything. And its 100% lose on my side. But at the end of the day I always think to fight for it maybe theres chances for me. But its a waste of time for me because I need to work also. But these people are trying to pull me back.. I recieved a case for immigration watch list base on a case for estafa filed Nov. 16,2011.

yun pong complainant nakabalita na nag apply ako ng work to canada and yun atat ang basis nya sa case for this na narecieved ko today pero wala pako na resib na summon for the estafa case.

Pano po ba handle itong case for immigration watch list? may grounds po ba ito?

second yun pong estafa case was from a 300k na invest na sa start up call center namin. Yung business po nalugi dahl tumakbo yung isang partner, so since relative ko po itong complainant she demanded to us to pay the 300K in cash or in full.

We are wiling to pay kahit d namin nagamit yung 300K pero ayaw nya installment.

Ano po ba ang process ng estafa case once i recieved the summon?
Do i nedd to post bail agad or daddan pa po ba sa fiscal ito?

wala po akong schedule umalis balita lang ho sa kanila which is not true.

Question po what if d pumayag ang head prosecutor na dismiss ang criminal case ng article 315 swindling kahit yung complainant is willing to withdraw the case and have settlement, tuloy pa rin ba ang kaso sa court, ano po ang magiging defense namin kung may affidavit of dessistance na yung complainant?

what you can do is go to the mediation center and enter into a settlement. the prosecutor has to honor that.

good day po ask ko lang pop attorney i already resign with my company last year i send my resignation letter to the president of the company tapos po ang gusto ni president ako pa po yung mag collect nang nang bayad nang customer e resign na ako sa company tapos po nang email sa akin yung president nang company i post po daw nila yung name sa ko sa sunday bullitin for preperation nang case hindi ko po maindindihan salamat po

if you resigned,then you don't owe them any further responsibility. they can announce that you are no longer connected, but if it is defamatory, then you can file a complaint for libel.

Follow up lang po Atty sa reply nyo,.. kung walang responsibility sa resignation, ano naman po ang ruling sa dismissed, terminated or AWOL (Absence Without Leave) employees, anong mga financial obligations nila sa mga banko na in-apply-an nila ng salary loan?

Good Day po, i have a friend po, meron po siyang hinaharap na kasong estafa. gusto ko po siyang tulungan kaya po ako nagbakasakali na humingi ng tulong sa inyo.

sa halagang 300,000.. hindi po namin alam kung saang kamay ng Diyos namin kkunin.. dinemanda siya ng isang kumpanya. malaking kumpanya dito sa pilipinas.

Gusto po namin sana masettle na kaht magbayad po siya ng buwan buwan .. basta wag lang siya makulong.

nasa JDR na po ang kaso.

nung una po.. lagi po siya dumarating kada may sulat. laging wala ang complainant. hanggang sa nung April 25,2013 po.. nung nasa JDR na ang kaso, bigla pong dumating ung complainant. takot na takot po kami kasi baka makulong po siya.

willing nmn po siya magbayad kht buwan buwan.. kaso.. hindi po pumayag ang compalinant. gusto nila. bayaran ng buo, or makulong na sya. ;( bakit nman po ganun;(

Hello po atty.
I just want to ask po for any insights regarding my problem, and I would really appreciate it if you can give me any positive solutions for it.

My current work conducted a background check on us, the employees. I was surprised and alarmed to know that somebody filed a civil case of Estafa on me. It was said that the case was filed last August of 2012. I recieved no notice whatsoever. I have been working with many companies before, and they have no issues or idea about that case. I want to clear myself of that record. But I am afraid, they might say I am a fugitive of the law. How can I clear myself of this case? Thanks for any advice. I will accept if Any legal fees are needed.

Ask ko lang po sana kung nasa batas po ba n hindi pwdeng mag pyansa ang may kasong estafa?? My frend po kasi aq n nakakulong ngayon sa kasong estafa magbabail po sana kami para makalabas na sya...pero ang sabi samin ay ang need daw namin bayaran ay halagang 52,000 yung halagang mismong nakahabla para namin siya..

Ang sabi po samin mam 52,000 po yung halagang need bayadan.
Lumapit n din po kami s surety perk wala din po kaming napala.. Anu pa po ba ang pwede naming gawin para mailabas ung kaibigan namin.

he can file a motion for reduction of bail, but bail has to be deposited before he can be released.

So ibig sabihin po nedd po talaga nyang bayaran ung 52,000 bago po sya makapg file ng motion to reduce bail??
