Arresto Menor

Have a friend po, nakasuhan ng rape ng kanyang ex, 8years ago, may warrant of arrest po sya kaso po yung ba2e umalis n at d n tinuloy yung kaso, may possibility po b n magkarecord sya sa nbi? Natatakot po kc eh. D po sya makapgtrbho ng matino kc kelangan ng nbi clearance s mga ina applayan nya.....marami pong salamat.

Lately lng, nahanap nya yung girl sa facebook, naging friend and message her, beg her na i atras ang kaso, sbi po ng girl, "matagal n yun, baka sarado n yun" then blockd n sya ng girl...pwede po b na ibang tao ang magrequest s nbi office at ipacheck kung may crim record sya s nbi? Maraming salamat po ng marami...
