The following title of documents are the same and their purpose is to transfer ownership to the buyer without any additional condition/s.
1. Deed of sale
2. Deed of absolute sale
3. Deed of transfer
4. Deed of reconveyance
On the contrary, a conditional deed of sale is a general term to all documents where the transfer of ownership is subject to a condition/s, and an example of that are:
1. Contract to sell
2. Contract/Deed of sale with right to repurchase, (although some authors refer this as a temporary transfer of ownership unless the seller waives his right to repurchase)
