We are opening a business in the next few days! Settled mostly everything tru verbal agreements. We opted for a sole prop (not under my name) to avoid tedious booking for a small laundry shop.
What kind of contract or agreement should I ask my partners to sign to secure equal status in the business, as well as sharing the losses and profits?
