Bought a house 2 years ago and have included my fiance as co-owner to the property.
I have used bank financing as instrument to pay the house for a 20 yr term.
But things did not go according to plan and we had to part ways leaving the property having her as my co-owner.
Also I was just informed recently by the developer that the TCT is now ready to be released to the bank since it is mortgaged.
IS there a way I can modify the ownership of the property even if I have not yet fully settled the loan?
