Hi good day,
I just want to ask what would be the best thing to do if someone is using my TIN,I'm currently employed at the moment but when I tried getting my RDO with one of the branch here in Manila and called their hotline,its been verified that its in Palawan and they used it there as a single proprietor,later I found out that my former boss (Chinese National) did it,and I already asked them to settle it cause I don't have any idea what just happened with my TIN.
The thing is I need my RDO for my tax status to take effect with my current employer,is there anything I can do or file a case against them regarding this matter,please help and thanks in advance.
