Arresto Menor

Hi po, need advise. meron akong loan sa puregold and capitalife.

Na close ung chequing account ko so meron akong 2 checks sa puregold na bounce tapos 4 cheques sa capitalife.

how is it true that my warrant of arrest agad na e-issue with out filing it in the court?

Please enlighten me.. please please
