tanong ko lang po kung pede ko pa po iterminate yung contract ko mag start pa lang po sana ako ng employment next month, i already signed contract sa bagong company pero for some good reasons, nag counter offer yung company ko so i decided to stay pa rin sa kanila.panu po gagawin ko kung hindi ko na po i ccontinue yung new contract sa bagong company?

Since hindi kapa nag start, might as well inform the company (in writing) of your decision, para makahanap sila ng kapalit mo agad.
