Siyempre. Lahat ng kontrata valid kahit hindi naka-notaryo.

Ang notaryo ay kailangan lang pra maging public document ang isang dokumento. Hindi ito kailangan pra maging valid ang isang kontrata o dokumento.

Valid parin. Gina-guarantee lang naman ng notaryo ang genuineness ng signatures at ang due execution ng document. Pero valid yung kontrata mismo. I beg to differ. Having a document notarized DOES NOT guarantee its genuineness and due execution of such document. Due execution and genuineness of the document is only a PRESUMPTION which can be contradicted by strong and competent proof.

Notarization converts a private document into a public document and renders the document admissible in court as evidence without need for further proof of its authenticity. A notarized document is entitled, by law, to full faith and credit upon its face.
