Hi good day po! Need an expert advice re: case of robbery.Dis Monday aug 12 is my second hearing but unfortunately I'm on my bed rest because of risky pregnancy. Just wondering po f possible not to show but the problem is I already received a sub poena of no show subject for case dismissal. Is it ok to assigned sumone on my behalf to attend as my representative with a medical certificate from my ob..without the taking the risk of dismissing the case? Thank you.. Hoping for your response immediately..thank you .
