Just want to ask if a deed of oral defamation on a Tribal Chieftain Oath Taking ceremony by a bitter relative who wants to become the chieftain enough to be tagged as "grave" slander?
If yes, to what extent will the penalty be if brought up in a baranggay level?
And if not settled in the baranggay, what will be the grounds for escalating the case to DILG?
