Grave Slander?

hi, my 28 year old enemy sent a private message to my 12 year old sister saying "hoy pakisabi s kapatid mo n kabayong whore akala mo kung sinong maganda, mga pamilya nyo mga kabayo, mga manggagamit, ung ate mo dating pok2 yan n sumasabit s barko" what case should i file against her? and she's saying im a prostitute and that i had another child before i met my husband which is definitely a lie.. she was making up stories against me and posted my picture on her facebook account,she blocked my face but people can still recognize that its me and she put a lot of stuff like "social climber", "mapagpanggap", etc..

Good day im just asking lang po if khit hindi pa po ba kayo nag haharap s fiscal ay pwede na ma isyuhan ng warrant ang isang tao? isa po akong kagawad at my sinampahan po ako ng kaso last october 2013 slander by deed 2 counts , kahapon po feb.28, may dumating na letter sken at nakalagay na ito po nauwi s grave threats. and ng tumawag ako sa ombudsman po , ay cnabi po na may warrant na yung tao na idenimanda ko, medyo naguguluhan lang po ako at alin po ba ang mas mabigat ang kaso yung slander by deeds or grave threats? maraming salamat po...
