Arresto Menor

Last year we settled the downpayment for our group tour for this year. We just learnt that the agent was not able to remit the payment to the agency and now nowhere to find. We have ORs. We already communicate the problem with the owner of the agency, he is willing to help us. But we need assurance that our tour will push through as planned. What can we do, i am anxious about the 90,000.00. Please advise..
