Good evening po. May question po ako about sa cotnract namin, eto po ang nakalagay...

Question:

1. Pag po ba napirmahan na namin ang contract at ganito po ang patakaran, considered ba ito as legal, at kaylangan naming sumunod?

2. Tama po bang mag penalty every violation sa gross salary namin, na naka lagay dito?

this is a gray area question because afaik, the supreme court has not decided on any similar case. my position is that deductions are illegal if they are used as punishment.
