Arresto Menor

Hi All,

I would like to take an advice regarding the situation of my father. He is a government employee and will retire this September 2013 as he is turning 65 years. There was an ongoing case administrative charges for 5 employees in their department, and this month the decision been released and declared that they are guilty.. Its a long story about that and I know that officials even they did not do something wrong they can be blame even its the fault of their subordinates.

They are given 15 days to appeal for the case. My question is - if the final decision says they are guilty. Will my father not have any benefits? He was working for his entire life with dedication on that branch of govt - but life is sometimes unreasonable and things like this can happen.

Hope to hear some advise from you guys so I know what should I do or take for an action.

Thank you so much.

Regards,
