What is the legal procedure in changing the tech
nical descriptions on land title particularly the
tie point?

Is there any law that concerns this issue?

Please help. Thank you

i guess its not that easy to change something on a land title especially technical description. my advice is go to the CENRO where the land is situated and ask for the Land Management Office am sure they could answer question regarding land titles..
