Meron po akong property sa isang lumang subdivision nang may isang kaibigan ako n marunong mag plot ng lupa base sa titulo kaya lamang po ang kinalabasan nito ay mali mali ang N-W S o bering nito ngunit ang length ng bawat lot ay tama. sumanguni po ako s lra regarding s mga naunang pinag salinan nito eh from mother title ng subdivision daw nung hinate mali ang coordinates ano po b ang dapat kong jgawin dito pra maayos ito?
