Kapag my special holidays o regular holidays falls on weekdays e-momove po ito ng saturday at 8 (8-5) hours nlng ang weekdays namin wala na kaming saturday. Noong June 12 independence day regular holiday po iyon wednesday may memo po kami na e-momove on saturday. So June 10-14 (8-5) lng kami at walang saturday June 15. Nasuspende po ako noong June 11 at June 14 (bali 2 days). Staggard yong suspension kasi may work akong di dapat lumisan nang matagal kay nag agree narin ako. Ngayon ang nagyari po is (june 1- 15 payroll) suspende ako 11 at 14 so my deduction akong 2 days kaso ginawa nilng 3 days kasi daw absent ako w/o pay before the holiday kaya may additional 1 day na edededuct. Tama po ba iyon? ang pagkaka-alam ko kasi, Yes,hindi ako entittled ng 100% holiday kasi absent ako before the holiday pero bakit my 1 day pa na deduction? Sabi ng HR dahil rin daw nasuspende ako noong june 14 sa pagmove ng holiday nila ng holiday june 12 to saturday june 15. nalilito ako bakit may dag-dag na 1 day deduction? Pls. sana maliwangan ako..
